- 1/3C. Apple cider vinegar
- 1/4C. Sugar

Instructions:
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil, chopped green beans, and cook until simply tender; switch green beans to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and pat dry. Place kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and green beans in a big bowl, along with purple onion and parsley. In a small bowl or jar, combined vinegar, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake until sugar is dissolved. Dress the deans and lightly blend to blended. Adjust seasoning,
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
